1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of You The Winner Money, operated by GoEnhanced LLC. By signing in, creating a passkey, requesting access, or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not a Licensed Fiduciary or Financial Institution

GoEnhanced LLC is not a bank, depository institution, broker-dealer, certified financial planner (CFP), registered investment adviser (RIA), certified public accountant (CPA), or legal practice.

All pacing calculations, daily safe-spend targets, categorizations, and SSI / ABLE asset alerts are computed from user inputs or connected read-only bank feeds. They are educational estimates and do not guarantee financial outcomes, banking availability, or government benefit qualification.

3. Accounts, Access, and Passkeys

Access to subscriber features is authenticated via verified passkeys or approved email credentials. You are responsible for maintaining control over the devices and credentials used to access your account. You agree to notify GoEnhanced LLC promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Founder Lifetime Access

We offer subscription plans including Monthly Flexibility, Early Bird Annual Membership, and the Founder Lifetime Pass:

• Recurring Subscriptions: Billed at the interval agreed upon at checkout. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Founder Lifetime Access: Represents access to the You The Winner Money software for its commercial lifetime while operated and made generally available by GoEnhanced LLC. It does not imply the purchaser biological lifetime, is non-transferable, and excludes potential future separate standalone products or unbundled third-party direct API quotas.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system; introduce malicious code; attempt to circumvent rate limits, honeypots, or origin validation headers; or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, You The Winner Money is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall GoEnhanced LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
